Full Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner* 
Little Pickles Nursery – Halstead, Essex

Little Pickles is a family‑owned, friendly and nurturing early years setting in the heart of Halstead. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

This vacancy is available as one full‑time position, but we are also open to offering it as a job share between two part‑time practitioners, depending on the right candidates (*or Two Part Time Roles job share option).

About the Role
The role will predominantly be based in our Babies Room, supporting our youngest children through their earliest developmental milestones. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with babies and understands the importance of creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment.

Although the main focus is the Babies Room, candidates must be flexible and confident supporting other age groups when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with babies in a nursery or childcare setting
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for early years
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Reliability, professionalism, and a caring nature
• Flexibility to support across different rooms when required
